General Use of Facility

Paso Par Indoor Golf is a private, reservation-based indoor golf studio located in Paso Robles, California.

• The facility includes one private simulator bay.
• Reservations grant exclusive access to the studio during the booked time.
• Only registered guests included in the booking may use the facility.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Sales Tax

All prices for tee times, memberships, and other services offered by Paso Par Indoor Golf are subject to applicable sales tax as required by the State of California.

Sales tax will be calculated and added at the time of purchase or booking. The total amount, including applicable taxes, will be displayed prior to completing your transaction.

Business Identity Clause

By providing your contact information and opting in, you agree to receive communications from Paso Par Indoor Golf. These messages may include:

• Early access and opening announcements
• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Membership and pricing updates
• Event invitations and studio updates
• Customer support responses

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. • Struck golf balls
• Swinging golf clubs
• Slips or falls
• Equipment malfunction

By entering the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with indoor golf activities.

Paso Par Indoor Golf is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Paso Par Indoor Golf, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during use of the facility.
• Users agree to release and hold harmless Paso Par Indoor Golf from claims arising from participation in activities within the studio.

A separate signed waiver will be required prior to first use.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All sessions must be reserved in advance.
• Payment will be required at time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session for a refund or credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payment.

We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Membership Terms (If Applicable)

If you purchase a membership:

• Membership benefits are non-transferable.

• Monthly membership hours do not rollover
• Access is subject to availability.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or structure with notice.

Facility Rules

For safety and equipment protection:

• Clean golf shoes only (no metal spikes).
• No outside alcohol unless permitted.
• No reckless swinging.
• Always wait until simulator screen is clear before hitting.
• Only one person swinging at a time.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal without refund.

Equipment Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse of clubs or simulator equipment.
• Intentional damage to screens, sensors, or property.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible party.

Minors

Participants under 18 must:

• Be supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Photo & Video Release

Paso Par Indoor Golf may photograph or record video within the facility for promotional purposes.

By entering the facility, you grant permission for use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment.

The following are not permitted:

• Unsafe behavior
• Intoxication
• Harassment
• Damage to property

Violations may result in termination of session without refund.

Website Use

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are property of Paso Par Indoor Golf and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paso Par Indoor Golf’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session or membership giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
